Here is the practice heat schedule for the next couple of months:
Monday Nov 9, Monday Nov 30 and Monday Dec 7. Sign up for the practice heats the week before , latest Friday, in Mr.Norris' room number 72. This makes it much easier to put people in heats beforehand. Come prepared to surf, wetsuits on and boards waxed. All other Mondays will be free surf and conditioning. Please remember to check in at EVERY practice so you get points for attendance.
